The items below are simply tools and resources i've found valuable. I do not have affiliations with any products. These really are my favorite things that I have personally used and found helpful

ADHD Planner

Aside from my phone calendar and reminders. I need a physical place to write things and have that constant visual. This is a cheap version that lays timing and priorities out for me. (color coded and neutral versions available)

Hydration Tablets

Tablets come in many different flavors and are available from amazon or your local Target, Walmart etc. These do not taste salty or sugary and come in option with and without caffiene.

Book: The Neurodiversity Edge

This book is researched based and gives great examples.

Stimulation Ear Plugs

I get sensory overload from complex noises or crowded places. (Or 3 people talking to me at once) These are a cheap and subtle way to filter the noise but still be able to hear and have a conversation.

ADHD Support

CHADD is a national organization that provides information, support and resources for those living with ADHD or are caregivers for those with ADHD. You can find resources local to you through this website.

Time/Task Management App

I use the free version. The desktop and mobile app sync with each other. You can have multiple boars for different areas of life and invite others to collaborate.

Magnesium Supplement

This brand was recommended by my primary care physician. Recommended to take at night to help with anxiety and sleeping.
