Meet Lauren
I'm a wife, mom, sister and daughter. I love my family, God, reading, writing, quiet time, people, personal development, my dog, learning, sunshine and the lake.
I also like speaking, podcasts, deep conversations, bright colors and being creative.
I am passionate about helping people, mindset, leadership and neurodiversity.

I Learn Best By Doing
I learned how NOT to make a lego brick cake....
I'm a big advocate for starting imperfect and learning through the obstacles. Its how we look at the obstacles and errors to move forward.
A big part is knowing how yourself and how you learn and communicate with those around you.

Projects and Interests
I'm a doer and a learner. All of these things came about from me needing a solution for something. Learned from google searches, YouTube, trial and error. The point is: as Marie Forleo says, everything is figureoutable.

Coaching Testimonies
When I began coaching, I had one clear goal: to understand my own ADHD so I could better support my son, who also has ADHD. As someone diagnosed later in life—after years of being labeled the "energetic, talkative girl who’s a little off"—I’d learned to conform to societal expectations the hard way. My diagnosis was a huge "AHA!" moment, but it also left me with so many questions. Working with Lauren has been incredibly rewarding and enlightening. She’s helped me gain clarity on what I can do to succeed and has taught me to celebrate small wins, even when they don’t feel like victories in the moment. After every session, I walk away with a fresh perspective—not just on ADHD, but on how I define success for myself. The best part? Every strategy, tool, and insight I gain, I get to share with my son. Together, we’re navigating this journey, and Lauren has been our guiding light, helping us find our way with patience, expertise, and warmth.
Working with Lauren has been a breath of fresh air. She is not only dependable and accessible, especially with her Wix page app, she is someone patient and compassionate when I forget to hit send on that text or just plain didn’t have the emotional capacity and needed to reschedule. Beyond being a safe emotional space, she offered real structured and individualized tools and continuously allowed space for the emotional progress to grow into the applicable day to day practices to help me through my day…well, life really. Sometimes she was simply an amazingly safe space to detangle my brain and ground my energy with. I will continue to recommend Lauren for any ADHD support or guidance…or any life coaching services. Thank you Lauren. 🫶
I have had the distinct privilege to work with Lauren as a client for her professional neurodivergent coaching. I had only recent acknowledged my professional challenges and was exited to work with someone farther down their journey. Lauren was adept at “meeting me where I was” as we began to unpack some longstanding issues in my career. The coaching was a balance of therapeutic checking in on state and progress with tools and guidance to make the coming week better than the last.
As we became more familiar, the conversations grew more helpful, and my ability to apply our discussions to improve my outlook and productivity improved. After several productive sessions, we recently agreed that the goals of coaching had been reached.
People who struggle to perform in typical employment environments will have individual struggles and goals, but I would recommend Lauren to anyone seeking a fellow traveler with a focus on doing their best work.
