Meet Lauren
Speaker, Consultant and Coach
I'm a wife, mom, sister and daughter. I love my family, God, reading, writing, quiet time, people, personal development, my dog, learning, sunshine and the lake.
I also like speaking, podcasts, deep conversations, bright colors and being creative.
I am passionate about helping people, mindset, leadership and neurodiversity.

I met her before her workshop. She was so kind and her workshop was the same. She had us think about who our role models were and ask ourselves why they are good leaders.

She gave examples and then had us think what kind of leaders we want to be. For me, I want to be authentic and honest. I want to be like so many other speakers that spoke this weekend. She wanted us to build ourselves from our inspirations. I never realized until this workshop but my roll model is Jelly Roll because of how authentic and honest he is. I want to be as inspirational as him. I thank her for making me realize that.
